I had the band 10 years ago lost 100 pounds
The advantage of the band is that you can loosen and tighter if you need to loose weight or want to eat for Yom Tov, vacation or pregnancy
I have seen most people who got sleeve or bypass start regaining after 5 years

Can anyone who’s done it through insurance tell me more about that process? I went for my consultation but now have to deal with insurance.

How does this work? Is it an out patient procedure to loosen or tighten?
