Have a small package of about 4-6.
Never made them before.
Can someone tell me a tried and true easy minimal mess way to make them and not mess them up.
Thx

I baked it at 350 for about 2 1/2-3 hours and it was delicious.

stovetop with sliced onions, diced carrots, sliced potatoes, water to cover, season to taste. Cook on low flame, check after one hour for tenderness.

extremly simple to make.
either in a pot with lots of onions some peppers, carrots, celery. salt and pepper with a tablespoon or so soy sauce and just let it simmer low and slow, add a bit of water if necessary.
or in the oven with same ingredient plus a bit of oil and no water.

It's the only meat I love. Put lots of onion and garlic in a pan. Sprinkle salt. Put minute steak on top. Top with more onions, garlic, and salt. Cover tightly. Bake on 350 for as long as you have time, checking every he or so making sure there's still a little liquid in the pan. If not add water. We actually had it for today's seudah. It's delicious.

Am trying these cooking low and slow in oven. I have a lot of steaks. Can I layer them on top of each other?

Use a larger pan and lay in one layer.
