I purchased chicken cutlets on Thursday & soaked it in baking soda & water for an hour. Then I rinsed it & coated it in egg whites & cornstarch. I didn't end up completing the recipe & put it in the fridge.
Can I use it today?

I never heard of that marinade. What will the finished product be?

I assume you're using this as a base for breading. Rinse off the coating, it won't be good anymore. Start again and use right away. Today is the last day to use (supposed to use with 2 days but 3rd day can be ok if it smells ok).

I didnt wait for a response I breaded it and baked it. I figured if you replied it wasn't good (I was hoping you would reply lol - those site needs to be able to tag imas ) I would just dump it.
So now it's already breaded and baked
