I wanna get a lash lift and tint. It’s supposed to last 4-6 weeks. The person doing it said it’s not a prob for mikvah cuz it’s considered a permanent dye. But I have no experience with coloring my hair so wondered how that works.

It's all about whether the dye is permanent, which she said it is.
Non permanent dyes run, and you see the water you wash with gets colored from the dye on your hair/lashes. That type would be a chatzitza.
Permanent hair dye that doesn't run and just fades over time is not a chatzitza.
