Help made a brisket the same way I’ve made a million times- just rubbed with spices. And it’s terrible! How can I save it? Should I add a sauce? What kind of sauce? I really don’t like bbq sauce..

Try baking it for another hour on a bed of onions and pour duck sauce or any sauce you like.

Yes, use a sauce. What kind do you have in the house? An onion garlic one would be good...

salt and pepper
Use it to glaze the meat but keep the cooking juices in the pan.
