Hi all! I need to move my 2 yr old in with his 7 yr old sister, to make his room available for the new baby IY"H. She is a pretty solid sleeper, but he has always slept in his own room with a noise machine....Any tips, suggestions, ideas? How do you manage when the toddler wakes up at night and wakes the rest of the family? Do you find that you have to rely on sleep props (bottles etc) more because you just can't have him scream?
I guess I just want to know what to expect....and how t make it better... Thanks in advance!

Does your 2 yo wakeup in the night? If yes you need to sleep train him (aka let him scream) before you move him in.
They can continue sleeping with the noise machine.

It’s always a hard adjustment but they’ll both get used to it...
