I'm looking for healthy grab and go muffin recipes for kids to take on busy school mornings. Preferably no bananas in them. Thanks in advance:)

Just posted this in another thread
Oat muffins
2 1/2 cup oats (grind 1 1/2 cups, 1 cup reg)
1 cup applesauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg white
1/3 c honey
3/4 cup milk (I use almond - coconut blend)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking Powder
1/2 cup choc chips.
Mix (supposed to mix dry and wet separately but I just mix in one bowl). Add chips at end.
Bake 350 for 20-25 minute.
Makes 12 muffins.
