She lies awake in bed for two hours and only falls asleep around 930 or even later. Is there a way I can teach her how to fall asleep sooner? She used to sleep at 7. Since she started pre-1a she has difficulty falling asleep

I have the same issue . Same age same grade . I give melatonin. No other choice . I tried cds , books, music ... even with the melatonin she still has a hard time falling asleep but it’s so much better .
