Hi. Anyone have any info on the lady in b.p. that does ut? I heard she comes down to your house. If yes pls share info.
Also are u on it? It is hard? Does it mess w ur hormones? Is it hard to maintain???

I love the program. I go to Toby Lebowitz in white plains. Best program ever. I believe she allows more foods than the rest of em. Good luck!

Toby's program is different. Toby is clean eating. On the balls behind the ears there are days that you're only allowed to have dairy, some liquids. Toby allows you many kinds of food. Balls diet is a few week program whereas Toby's is something that you can be on forever. I so badly wanted to go to Toby also but transportation....
