My back and hips are starting to hurt. I think my mattress lost its firmness.
What can I buy to put on top of the mattress that would add firmness?
I’m not looking for memory foam as I think that is used to make a mattress more plush.

If it’s individual pieces of wood slats and not a solid piece of wood this suggestion is the best.
