Yes. The nice thing is, with one push of a button, it kneeds the dough and controls the temperature. The texture of the dough is very smooth, and it rises perfectly every time.
I set it on a timer, so when I wake up, I could braid and bake challah.

I have tried the Cuisinart and didn't find it any better than the cheapest Sunbeam, $40-$50. I love my machine and the ease of having fresh bread any time I want. I use bread flour / high gluten flour blended with whole wheat and don't add any gluten. I use a large bread knife to slice and put the bread on a large tray to catch the crumbs. Super easy. I don't buy bread, ever. I use the dough setting to make pizza, rolls, bagels, etc.

I bought a machine 10 years ago and use it very seldom lot because I haven’t found any fun good recipes that work!! Plz share your best recipes!!
