For those of you changed the clock back last night and got an extra hour, what did you do with it - sleep, read, exercise, entertainment, s*x, ...? Everyone around me says B"H for an extra hour of sleep, but somehow my kids never get the memo and "forget" to wake up an hour later lol.
DH tells me that when he learned in EY, his yeshiva waited until the middle of morning seder to roll the clock back, so that the extra hour went for an extra hour of learning Torah.
How did you spend your extra hour?

You mean from 1am to 1am?
Sleeping like any sane person.

Sleeping was the plan, but it didn't work out that way (kids...) I just spent extra time with them, had a slower morning, and got the laundry in a little earlier. If they end up asleep earlier, then maybe I can say I got extra sleep.

My baby enjoyed the extra hour keeping m awake. Apparently he didn't get the memo. Instead of 5.30am, he got up at 4.30! Was a vvvveeerrryyy llooonnng day!

I ended up waking up an hour earlier and I meditated until my kids interrupted me.

Slept. I went to sleep an hour later and I’m still exhausted.

When I saw the title of this thread, I laughed and laughed and laughed, at the thought of anyone doing anything productive with this hour during the night.
Then I read OPs actual question and all the responses and realized all us humans are alike.

My kids were up at 6... so Sunday was just a very very very long day. And I'm very very very tired right now.
