Hi anyone doing p3 through the DOE?

I’m having a hard time filling out the forms here to begin service. I know I prob should know this but where do I find my NYS License/ Certification #.
And what’s my discipline for SEIT?

Ann bec I asked a few ppl already that I know are on here

I never received an actual certificate it was all done on my teach account

Your certificate number is on teach account.

Yes when you click on account information it is right there.

under my account the only thing I see is Teachers ID is that it?

That is you teacher ID, if you want your certificate number you need to scroll down under the account information and click on certificates. That is where you will find your certificate number.

Thanks but all I see are my certificates listed and only number it says is Control number.

Sorry I’m asking so many questions I just asked a ton of ppl and this is the only place I’m getting answers. I’m just totally new to this so I’m clueless. Thanks again!!

For all those wondering and if anyone every needs I actually contacted TEACH and they told me that the control number online is your certification number.
