Ok I have the umami spice from trader Joe's, and I lovvvve it on chicken. But that's all I use it for.
Any creative ways for me to use it?

EDIT: the thread title autocorrected me! I meant to write "TJ's" and not "it's". Whoops.

You can use it in place if MSG to cut down salt.

You can use in in any dish you want to add a hearty flavor to. Chicken, beef, fish, stew, soups. You can sprinkle it on roasted veggies or popcorn.

I was thinking of adding it to Spanish spice blends and Chinease food.

Over sunny side up or scrambled eggs.
In a mushroom soup (seems redundant but it's not)

Note, it contains mustard, a common allergen. Make sure to disclose this if someone with allergies asks what you put in your food. It's a sneaky one!

How do you use it on chicken? We only do cutlets so just sprinkle on with spices?

I roasted peppers with it and it was great. I’ve also added it to soup. So far that’s all

Thank you for the awesome ideas! I'm drooling.
I put it on burgers last night. Man, it was good.
Tryingmybest- I season the cutlets with it, and I top it with sauteed onions.
