I made quinoa last night and left it in a pot on the stove. Forgot and went to bed. Do I need to chuck it?

What can go bad in cooked quinoa? No meat, fruit, vegetable, dairy. I would keep it. Why is it different than a piece of bread?

^ It's like bread when it's just in the pantry but once you cook it, bacteria can germinate. I once left rice out overnight and ate it, never again!!

I wouldn’t think twice about it! We’d for sure eat it. Well also eat the chicken that came out of the oven at 1am and was left out till 7am when I put it away.
