My dd 4 started recently being very scared. She's afraid to go to the bathroom by herself, she sometimes gets up at night crying she's scared....she also started having accidents. . Nothing at all changed. Is this something normal?what do I do?

I'd find out if something is going on in school, or on the bus.
Would also check in with pediatrician, possibly do blood work.

When dd1 started bring scared I pushed it off and her fares just escalated b"h I figured out it out before it became completely out of hand. When dd 2 had nightmares she didn't realize what's going on to her what she experienced was real. the night. She didn't want to go to her bedroom alone even during the day once it became dark outside she became clingy I had to be in the same room as her. B"h during the day I just let her do whatever made her feel safe it didn't even take a week she was back to her old self. I think how you react makes a huge difference.

She's afraid to go anywhere by herself. If we go with her she's fine
