How long does it take to clean a bathroom? And how often?

Bathrooms are not heavily used. Some are never used. There is no straightening up messes. No little kids.

Cleaning help 3 days a week.

Please help me create a bathroom cleaning schedule.

For real clean including scrubbing tub and bowl, on the floor all crevices, probably a good 45 min.
Have them cleaned all 3 times a week if you already have her there. Only skip the ones not in use mid week.
