Anyone on here a sports fan? I know it isn't a girlish thing, but I'd love to start a thread if anyone want to join!

The Yankees are fun to root for, but the Giants and Knicks are pure torture! At least one of the Giants or Jets has to get a win today - unless it's a tie lol!

Yes NY teams sucking these days. Sad

We're going to the Knicks game later today against the Cavaliers. They better win!
DH won free tickets from ESPN; don't ask me how! Lol
Although if this was 2 years ago it'd be even more awesome; we'd get to see LeBron James in real life; too bad he left for the Lakers.

Oh well, RJ Barrett is pretty good too..

It's so funny how he got them. You know how on the radio they tell you to call in and like the 8th caller gets free tickets? DH always calls in and I always made fun and thought those things were a scam.... until we actually won lol.

I once won free Islander tickets, except I was stuck home waiting for hubby to come and he didn't show Sad

I would've gone myself but was waiting for him.

I'm a sports fan but British sport especially football and I'm a huge fan of the Indian cricket team and IPL league. I guess I'm on my own with that one LOL

I am a very devoted baseball fan.
My hometown team has had its up years and down years, but I still love to watch them - maybe a little too much.
I embarrass my children with my enthusiasm 😂

I am a Cubs fans which requires real mesirus nefesh, to root for a team that loses constantly.

Yankees and Giants, too, because I've gotten sick of not having a team to root for.

It's been a pretty bad sports life, though.

It is not "easy" to be a Yankees fan, there are a lot of expectations to live up to!!
Plus, if you are old enough, you remember the very long dry spell of the 80's and early 90's.
