I know it's not for a while but I am thinking about driving down to Florida for Pesach and realize I have no idea what to feed my family along the way. We don't eat gebrochts- please any ideas- I need to figure out if this is even doable.

yes we eat store bought stuff- just pesach in general there is nothing to eat so I started getting stressed thinking about sitting in the car for 20 hours with nothing to eat.

I did the drive 2 years ago. It was great (I know shocking) we left from MD even thou we live in lkwd. It was 14 hours from Baltimore.
If u drive mostly at night and just do breakfast in the car it can be hard boiled eggs and matzah and cream cheese . If u need dinner ideas you can do chicken fingers ..

Some amazing ideas on here I’ll probably use.
Will you eat food cold?
I bake and then we eat cold on road
- blintzes (store bought)
- hot dogs
- hamburgers
String cheese or sliced cheese
Diced melon
Oranges / clementines
Bananas
Apple sauce cups
Cupcakes
Persian cucumbers
Baby carrots
Mini peppers

For Pesach or on Pesach? Because before Pesach you can eat gebrochs, or kitniyos, or hechsherim and products you might not use on Pesach and not have to worry about the car, and it'll give you more options.

I figured, just thought I'd checked since you wrote "for" in the OP. Let's hope Moshiach's here and this will be moot. (Much shorter trip.) Otherwise, hatzlacha!

You can take along this pan which plugs into your car and cook food along the way in the car-- https://www.walmart.com/ip/Roa.....D_BwE
Take a cooler with ice and put food in it and/or just buy eggs along the way. Bring along matzah, cheese, fruits, veggies for salad, salami, and whatever else is available in the store that you eat. Dont forget the nosh
Enjoy!
