Anyone know of a program? Or even perhaps someone who would do a once a week one on one?
7 year old shows real talent for it/enjoys it (and needs an outlet, his Rebbi is considering changing careers ) and for obvious reasons karate isn’t an option. The world would become a dangerous place.
He’s a cutie though.

Shaarei arazim has an after school program for elementary boys. With a performance at end of year.

I’m not familiar with that, thank you. You have any more information about the program?

I don't think sharei arazim has gymnastics, I may be mistaken though.
Mein platz is an excellent place.

Look at the shaarei arazim website. They definitely have gymnastics. That is what they are known for. Their high school has a renowned gymnastics group that performs even out of Monsey. They are using the same instructors and equipment for the elementary school program.

I'm bumping up this topic. I've heard that when sending to Mein Platz you can get covered by insurance. Anyone know how that works? Does there need to be an issue with your child? Has anyone sent it with insurance and can explain the process?

There needs to be an issue with your child for you to get it covered.

The child can only be covered by insurance at mein platz if the child is getting Opwdd services already.

For boys groups covered by insurance, check out Advenium and Kids First.

Any idea how they work? Ive seen advenium advertised. What does it take to be covered by insurance? Looks to me like it's regular fun groups with regular instructors
Anyone got any info on this?

It’s something government funded but your kid needs to have an issue or an ABC after there name. I would never lie and tell them to write what they want .

I told them why I thought my DS would benefit from their groups. I was honest. He has a long day of school and comes home and explodes often at his family members. I felt like he could use an outlet. They put it down as some kind of emotional regulation issue and got him approved.
