I'm looking for recipe for shnitzel coated in rice Krispies, they have it in restaurants. It's sweet

I just take chicken strips (also called chicken tenders), coat it with mayo that has a small squirt of mustard and coat in rice crispies. Bake 450 for about 12 minutes. The end. Mine isn’t sweet though although neither is the one in my local takeout. You can add a touch of duck sauce for sweetness or just make a sweet dip with it.

Yes I do. I bread the chicken fingers with flour then egg with spices and some sugar then crushed rice Krispies. I deep fry and it's scrumptious!
