I want to make Chopped meat in a sauce with green cabbage that's already shredded. Anyone have any ideas or recipes?

Yumm.
You can make it into a soup with some chopped onions, carrots, celery etc and tomato sauce/juice.
I'd add a bay leave and some basil (and salt, pepper) for some taste.
Or you can do sloppy joe style, onions, cabbage, ground meat, (celery), tomato sauce, sprinkle of brown sugar, sprinkle of ketchup.
Serve in pita.

I would saute the cabbage and brown the beef and simmer in a stuffed cabbage sauce.

Either this

Or 1 jar marinara with 1 heaping cup jam

Yes, it’s called unstuffed cabbage. You boil up tomato sauce with some brown sugar and spices...layer 1/2 bag shredded cabbage in a 9x13, then layer ground beef (mixed with an egg, and spices) on top, then pour the sauce over, then top with the other half of cabbage. Cover and bake. It’s delish.

Thank you! Is there a way to do this over the stove?

For unstuffed cabbage just saute cabbage, add sauce ingredients and when bubbling drop in balls or little logs of meat filling (meat, cooked rice and seasoning)

What about Egg Roll In A Bowl: Saute the ground meat with garlic and ginger, add the cabbage, a large carrot, grated and season with soy sauce. I'm making this for dinner and serving it over rice. It's fun to eat with chopsticks, and a bit of duck sauce on the side.

Make meatballs.
Boil up a bottle of ginger ale and a bottle of ketchup. Drop in the meatballs and the bag of cabbage. Serve over rice
