My child is scheduled for open heart surgery at Boston Children's Hospital. Can anyone give me information about food, minyanim, kosher resources, etc...

Thanks! | Please don't do this yourself. I hope you reached out to the organization that helps specifically with this type of illness. I just forgot the name of it, I'm sure other posters can fill in on it.

They have beautiful biker choking apts about 10-15 min drive from BCH.
Rabbi Horowitz Shul is few houses down with daily minyanim.
Some kosher food is avail right across the street in star market. Rofeh also helps with meals. There’s is more kosher shopping a few min away but we never ended up checking it out. Imasinger guided us!
