Are people who experience ASMR more or less likely to also have misophonia? Maybe you either experience sounds as painful or pleasurable, or all sounds are neutral?

I have severe misophonia.
I also experience asmr with certain sounds.
Dont think they have what to do with each other, though.

ASMR is when people feel a pleasant sensation, often described as a "brain massage", triggered by certain sounds. I'm wondering if it's in a way the positive counterpart to misophonia.

Has anyone had any success treating misophonia? I am struggling with it and recently more. I really want to try to get help.
