Even if I know this relative is dysfunctional I was thrown over

Thanks to you gals
I'm stabilized
I got some great practical ideas
Not sure how to make her feel better as a teenager between her friends but at least I have a handle on this sort of
whew!

I have no idea what "washed me down" means, but your relatively is seriously bonkers.

Your daughter will need to experiment with different brands of clothings, but there are plenty of brands of dresses and button-down shirts that will look amazing on her. ASOS even has some shirts especially designed for women with fuller busts. See, eg, https://www.asos.com/us/asos-d.....st%22

Bravissimo is a lot more expensive, but also has shirts for larger busts https://www.bravissimo.com/us/.....tops/

ouch "contribute to the situation"
I am happy you're not my mom
No, you did nothing except dna
But lucky her, she'll always look slimmer (if she dresses fine for body type)

I am looking for a great bra store in Brooklyn. Somewhere that has an expert fitter. My daughter is also largely endowed and the local store didn’t offer something that really helped.

Do NOT encourage "covering up".

She should wear clothing that is modest and fits well, but not try to hide the fact that she has large breasts as though it's some shameful secret.

my DD is in the same category. Dolman tops are great for her for everyday, but shabbos she prefers a dress. We got some Zara dresses this season that are more 'maternity look" then she adds a belt to get the shape. Also read in a sewing book that for women C cup and above, darts will not do the job for shaping the bust, look for princess seams instead. Hatzlacha!

Not on topic: if someone makes you feel bad, don't buy from them.

Cup size is relative. A 30D is the cup size of a 36A.

Ok. But on which planet is a D some huge size? I’m a B and I’m considered tiny. A c is even considered very small. How can a D be that huge?

I'm confused too,
I'm a C/D and I'm quite small. Maybe her frame is small so she looks big?

Also. When the media says you should all be a size two it doesn't matter that the average American woman is a size 12

I am a size 30 or 32 D or DD depending on brand and I’m very narrow with an hour glass figure. I am also 5’3” and change. If I wear the right bras and the right clothing I actually look very good. But if I wear v necks (even with a shell) or certain kinds of ribbed tops I can look humongous (and misproportioned) And not so tzniyus (thank you Jewish clothing stores for essentially telling me that I looked like a slut when I was like 13 lol...I think I was only a C then) . My sister is 5’7” with a medium frame and also wears a D or DD and she looks small almost. So yes a size D is very relative.

I'm a 30D. I thought I was small until this thread.
Actually I still think I'm small

Some Ds are bigger than some Gs.
