After bathroom? Before mealtime?
How would you feel if a mother gently inquires and perhaps asks you to amp up hygiene standards in the class?
*sigh* another virus in my kindergartener. That is a potential hospitalization for my immunocompromised kiddo.
(& yes, we have very strict standards at home, but sometimes all you need is literally breathing the same air before you even suspect anything, and no- none of the kids are currently up for adoption;) )

I'm sorry:( sounds tough to have to worry that any little germ can bring you a hospital visit.
I teach in preschool and the kids wash with soap after each bathroom visit and before lunch. The tables and chairs are wiped with lysol each day.
It's ok to ask your childs teacher to wash the kids hands with soap but just know that in the end of the day, kids will get sick anyway unfortunately.
