I used to make a breaded chicken cutlet recipe with hot sauce and duck sauce. Could be marinara as well. My husband loved it and just reminded me about it but I can’t find the recipe anywhere. Anyone know what I’m talking about or have a similar recipe v

Just marinate the cutlets in spicy duck sauce, dredge in cornflake crumbs, and bake on a cookie sheet uncovered in oven preheated to 400 for 20 min.
