What good spice blends do you recommend to just sprinkle over chicken and potatoes for fast supper?

I use the Montreal steak seasoning by McCormick; it's great but I'm getting a little bored of it.

Sprinkle a bit of each: lemon pepper, garlic, oregano, salt.

Garlic powder, salt and smoked paprika.

Brown sugar, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.

I make my own by dumping various types of seasoning in a 2 l mason jar with salt and shaking it up. It’s never the same twice. I do a basic one that’s garlic, onion powder paprika and parsley as well as a middle eastern one with turmeric and cumin. I don’t put anything strong tasting in the regular one but do mix it with other things outside of the jar sometimes like mustard or soy sauce or whatever

So many great ideas I was going to suggest. I also like chili powder.
ETA: With paprika, onion powder, and possibly some salt.
