I’ve never made this before. Does anyone have a good recipe? Thanx!

Bag of frozen cranberries, thawed out and checked for stems. Put in a pan with the zest of one orange, and enough orange juice to cover about 1/2 inch of the bottom of the pan.
Heat up on medium low heat until you start to hear the berries pop. Smash up half the berries with a spoon or potato masher. Stir often so it doesn't burn.
When the berries are smashed, take the pan off the heat, taste, and add sugar, honey, or silan as needed to adjust for taste. Plain cranberries are super sour, so don't be surprised at what it takes to get it balanced!
Once you chill it in the fridge, it should thicken up on it's own.

Recipe is on back of Ocean Spray cranberry bag. 1 bag cranberries, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water. Bring to boil, then lower flame and cook till most of the berries have burst open.

I've successfully used Splenda, as my mom is diabetic. If anyone needs to know that.

I like mine super tart. A quarter cup of OJ and a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar per pound.
