I try to pack fruits and veggies for my kids, I am looking for some easy ideas that aren't messy, as they are getting sick of my usual (cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, grapes, apple, carrots etc.) I am looking more for vegetable ideas, also recipes for something more snacky but with nutritional value ( I hate buying pretzels and chips etc. Bec. Then they won't eat anything else)

There's peanut butter and raisins on celery. Hummus and carrots or bell peppers. Adding a dip of some sort can help make it different. Yogurt and fruit is good, too.

Kale chips
Plantain chips
Roasted beets or squashes
Not sure if your kids will eat those and they do require more prep

I totally forgot about this thread! Thank you for your suggestions!
Good idea to add a dip with the veggies, any ideas for dips?

Great ideas. Worth a try... Do you have recipes? How long do veggie chips last? Do they need the fridge?
