I have a ton of it! I know you can freeze it for later, but I'd like to do something interesting with it. Soup, salad dressing, desserts?

I'm open to anything except adding liver or bell peppers.

I use it for wraps. Makes a nice snack on a tortilla. It makes a good lunch if you add some leftover chicken with lettuce and tomatoes.

I also use with cut up veggies as a dip. It is a good way for me to eat lots of veggies.

Hummus chicken -- slather it on boneless breasts, crumble on terra chips, sprinkle a little garlic powder and drizzle a little olive oil. Bake 350 until done. Favorite here

Thin it out with a little water and lemon to make a delicious dressing.

Use it on sandwiches/wraps instead of mayonnaise.

Great ideas, I always some left from Shabbos! Though I'm definitely one to just eat it with pita bread as a snack (or actually a meal!)

I'm trying to stay away from starches like bread, tortillas, and pita for a while, so that's why I was looking for new and unusual recipes.

I'm definitely going to make some salad dressing, and a soup. Now that it's getting chilly outside, I'm on a big soup making kick. I made 3 different kinds of soup last week, and another one today.

Goes amazing with rice cakes too, if that's on your good list.
