Hi. I am 38 keh have seven kids bh and a bit overweight. Have been to a couple of nutritionists in the past....I need to go back on a diet. I live in b.p.
Which nutritionist do you recommend? With a decent plan???

I love weight watchers but I do need a police lady... Are u currently on it? On which plan? Bkue? Purple? Green?

I’m not but my sister is and is super thrilled she lost 10 pounds and never hungry. She is not on newest plan she’s in one before

Would you try going keto and/or intermittent fasting? I've had success with it and I know a lot of people who are really happy and feel great living that lifestyle.
