Unfortunately, I don't think my friend will be able to take it back to store because it was bought in mothercare, so I don't think they're going to be too great at customer service at the moment.
OP, I've seen people with the graco evo and it looks like a good stroller-I like the size of the basket. I think graco strollers do last and don't usually have too many issues. My mother keeps her old graco for if she ever takes my kids, and it's still going strong. She doesn't like mine because it's much heavier and bigger than her graco.

Yeah hoping it will be usable and safe at least for the first kid. Unfortunately they don't really make anything like they used to...
I know they sell Graco in Israel, do they have any customer service Here?
Wow thats tough about the Joie, (which I really liked the look of) but I guess I made the right choice not ordering from Mothercare in that case...
