anyone know where can I get waiters not to expensive I only need for 2 hours
for a kiddush most places want 4 hours minimum I can't afford that

Make sure who ever you get for 2 hours is good and reliable. Will actually show up and do a decent job. The ones who require more hours are typically more reliable and skilled because they are making decent money. For $40 they may not even show up if not in the mood. (I know that doesn’t help you but it’s the facts from what I’ve heard and seen).
