Preheat the oven to highest setting; 500-550. Lay the chicken out on a cookie sheet size sheet pan and "broil" as usual. Takes a few extra minutes but results are like on broil. Watch carefully so it doesn't set off the smoke alarm.
Yum. I sometimes do similar to ramom, 500 for 45 min. Lately I use the betty Crocker (I like to keep my oven parve). I put 2 layers of parchment paper and do 20-30 min a side.
