Anyone know if the Jewish dance machine is compatible with a Mac computer? I’d like to buy it for someone and need to know. TIA.

From their website sounds like no --
Minimum System Requirements (the minimum does not ensure smooth operation but it should prevent fatal errors):
Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10
2 MB RAM (4 GB+ is recommended if you want all background movies to load successfully)
2 GB free disk space
1.66 Ghz or above processor
Video card that supports High Color (16-bit color) and has 64MB video RAM (128 or more is best) and OpenGL or Direct3D drivers
DirectX 8.0 (or above) compatible sound card with drivers
(Any Windows computer manufactured in the last 5 years should do nicely. If you are not sure that your computer meets these specifications, please go to START->RUN and type in DXDIAG in the dialog box. Press OK, and you should be presented with all your system information.)
There has been some reported success with third party Windows simulation software on a Mac (~$35 add-on). Contact info@StepItUp123.com for more information.
