I am about a size 14/16. Still have big belly from post baby that’s almost a year old  big arms too so tight or too fitted sleeves will not work. Small busted. Basically a pear shape I guess. Any ideas online or what to look for in store? Black is best!

Just go to Brooklyn southwest... I’m a size 12-14 and always end of finding there. Personally, I go for black skirt with nice top for my size..
You can also try European finesse...or periwinkle

I am the same size (maybe a little bigger  , I have found in Brooklyn Southwest, Brendas and Surelle BUT - YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR HELP!!! Don't try shopping alone. You may spend some more time trying on but you are more likely to find with the help of a Sales girl in any of these stores.
Unless you don't want a dress cuz youre nursing- they can surprisingly be very slenderizing (I said I would never be able to fit into one and a salesgirl convinced me to try...and sold me 2)
