Please share if you have!
Any nice ideas for couple activities to play on chanukah?

We don't usually have hot cocoa in our house but I was thinking that would be a nice touch with dinner on Chanukah.

Make sushi together. It can be time consuming but if you ar up to it, it’s fun as a team and you get delicious sushi when it’s done Smile

We actually play dreidel with chocolate gelt. We got these karaoke microphones and sing. Sometimes for havdalla my husband takes the microphone and pretends he is a chazan and belts out the brachot. I'm thinking we will do this again for candlelighting. Different kind of homemade food treat each night. We learn something small together. We turn all the lights out, put pillows and sleeping bags in the room where our menorah is and fall asleep to the menorah light

If you live in NY, go to amazing savings and buy their crafts. So easy and kids love!

Go explore. It works also with kids. One huge lighting, kah. One very OOT, we're so lucky. One in a random place like a toy shop or a pharmacy place...

Let them see their friends, just insist they be at lighting with you or at the very least at a lighting

Ask them what they want to do.
Discuss before what fun things you can plan with them
Even teenagers like some nights of traditional fun

Oh my goodness this sounds so incredible! Especially the slumber party in the room with the menorah. My kids would be so excited to do that. Thanks for the idea!

Your home sounds so fun and comfortable.
