For any of those tech savvy out there....can you do me a chessed and try to help?
I ran a recommended window update yesterday and now I have no internet connection. My PC is a wired connection. I unplugged and replugged the modem, router and computer, and restarted everything.
Also I know it's an issue with the computer, not the internet provider because my phone connects to the WiFi no problem.
It seems there's an issue with the driver/network adapter, but I don't even know what that means.
Can anyone help?
