When is the right time of year to vacation in Miami/Miami Beach where the weather is warm/hot enough for swimming/water park but not disgustingly humid?

Generally November through March tends to be warm but not really humid. Most days are in the seventies. Sometimes there's a cold front and the daytime highs are in the sixties, but you can't really predict those too far in advance. Some days are warmer and go into the eighties.

Thanks for that tip!
I think 70s is too cold for swimming - is there a time when it's more like 80s but not sticky?
