Three questions
1)Would you name a boy after a male relative that you yourself are name after (feminine version)?

2) Besides for Yehuda are there any names that express gratitude?

3) Any gedolim with yahrtzeits that are coming up around the parshios of Vayechi, Shmos, Vaera?

1) No
2) Not exactly gratitude but - Nesanel / Netanel and Elchanan mean given by G-d or gifted by G-d
3)The Rambam (name was Moshe) and The Baal HaTanya (name was Shneiur Zalmen)

In answer to 1, I say no way.

There are so many great boys names in the Torah.

No. But I might choose a quality of the person to reference in the baby's name to give honor in the person. For example, Shalom if the person was known to be peaceful, or Aryeh if he was known to live with zerizus.

2) Besides for Yehuda are there any names that express gratitude?

Any name (or even your intention) that shows recognition of Hashem. For example, Netanel, Yedidya, Michael/Michoel.

3) Any gedolim with yahrtzeits that are coming up around the parshios of Vayechi, Shmos, Vaera?

I don't know, but you can look this up online. There's a website that compiles yahrzeits by day of the year.

Yes, but so many have been taken by our family and other close family members so my husband wants something more unique this time.

Everyone is saying no to #1, but I don't think it's so crazy.

My husband's name is Chaim, and I have a Chaya.

My living grandmother is Bracha and I have a Baruch.

ETA: I just realized you were already named after that person. I don't think I would do that, then. My daughter was not named for the same person as my husband.

1. Why not? You're naming after the person - not yourself. My father passed away and I'd have no problem naming a boy Shlomo after him and then another daughter Shulamit. This is also a question that belongs to a Rav if you feel the name for some guidance.

My mother is named Yehudis but goes by her English name and my brother is Moshe Yehuda but called Yehuda. Two different names. Not a problem.

I know a woman who was named after her grandfather (ex Boruch - Brocha) She was told by her Rov not to name her son after his great grandfather as she was already named for him.

This is really a question for your Rov.
