Dd just got engaged. I’m looking for a cheap florist for a budget of 3,000. I’m getting quotes for 5,000 is it considered luxury? Is it possible to go to 2,000-3,000 and still look nice? The wedding is going to be in February or March. Is there any discount for winter wedding?
What is the aspected breakdown of charges?
