Why do you think he needs surgery?
Was he being seen by a doctor until now?

Yes, of course!
He was seen by pediatric orthopedist a few times!
We tried p.t but it didn't help!
Why are you asking? Do you know an orthopedist in N.J?

I’m asking because my son has a problem with his knee for a few years.
Also usually the doctor you are seeing will recommend a surgeon.
This is who we used but they are officially pediatrics.

I would call echo for a recommendation

Thank you so much !
Amother bronze that's the one we were using until now but I don't think they will do surgery on kid over 19!!
I called refua but they don't know anyone that takes my insurance.
amother jade did you use them? For knee problems or something else? Were you happy?
Any other suggestions?

I didn’t realize your son was over 19.
Call echo- different than refuah. Or shuky berman. Perhaps the physical therapist could suggest someone.

I used Dr. Ken Swan.
I did not yet do the surgery he suggested. I was referred to him by my sons orthopedist for my knee problem after I had run around to so many doctors to figure out my issue.
He was the first I felt "got it". I am very happy with him. (be forewarned- his office staff shouldn't scare you off- not the nicest or most accommodating..) Much hatzlacha!
below is his contact:

echo, rabbi kenigsburg has the information you need. he knows the doctors in new jersay and will tell you based on your issue who to go to and who takes your insurance. I call him all the time and is so patient a real tzadik.
