Can anyone tell me where we can get tefillin bags for a bar mitzva boy?

Before you go, if you care. Call for price range and choose price first.
We got a Tallis and teffilin bag by bar mitzvah. There were some real expensive options.
Lakewood Judaica (on James st) offered to pull out options in our price range for ds to choose before we went.

No idea about Lakewood stores, but I agree with cornflower. I bought a tefillin bag for son #1 and 18 months later when I went to buy for son #2, it had tripled in price (maybe they put crystals on the same exact bag?) -- and the smallest ones (which they market as going with the tallis bag) are going to be your most affordable options (even in those there are a range, but you can get a nice velvet one in the $20 range, though I do know that is old school and not as trendy) -- they just won't have room for a siddur inside the bag most likely. But since my boys now have those plastic tote bag things, they can just keep their siddurim in that, and it's fine that the bag for the tefillin itself is smaller.
Hatzlacha and mazel tov!
