Up until I had my last baby, number five, I never had an issue with weight. I’ve been trying to get rid of a good 15 to 20 pounds in the last two years. Abt a year ago I lost most of it but gained it all back.
I’ve been trying to eat healthy and exercise three times a week but the weight isn’t coming off. Can someone please recommend a nutritionist whose results are sustainable and long lasting. Thank you!!

Also, not sure if this is even applicable, but should I decide to become pregnant, does she work with ppl thru pregnancy?

I didn't use her but know ppl who did. She sets up a plan based on what you like. It involves measuring your food.
She takes insurance.
Dunno about pregnancy call her and ask.

I think Shani Taub is quite popular in Lakewood. I know of several family members who were successful on her plan.
