Hi! I am making a chanuka party for my family but it needs to be fleishigs. In the past we always did chicken cutlets, schnitzel, pulled brisket, shwarma, chicken wings, some side dishes, latkes, rice, etc plus a salad bar. I am willing to do that again, but just kind of bored of it so wondering if anyone has any other ideas.

Beef/chicken lo mein, sesame chicken, breaded cauliflower/broccoli, Frank's in blankets/hush puppies, roasted potatoes, potato knishes, deli rolls
