This is in response to the sibling exposing himself to his sister thread.
I'm just wondering what are necessary and normal boundaries between siblings.
My kids are still young, oldest (boy) is 5, and I have a daughter who is 2. Currently, I bathe them separately, but they are definitely both in the bathroom during bathtime (for ex. I need to keep an eye on my 2 yr old while I bathe my son).
I'm wondering at what point is it time to instate boundaries? And if you already did, what are they?

Once a girl is old enough to dress by our tznius standards, she is old enough not to have siblings see her undressed.

I didn’t set this boundary but my 9 yr old son won’t undress in front of my daughter who’s 17 months. He doesn’t feel comfortable for ANYONE to see his privates, including other brothers.

No locks on children s doors, ever.

And always knock and wait for response before entering any room.
