Are there any delicious tasting latke mixes or frozen latkes? Or is the only way to get a delicious product to make it myself?

Nothing compares to homemade, but Trader Joe's has good latkes in the freezer section.

You can use Latka mix, but add a couple of raw potatoes, and a little salt. It will taste like it was all made from scratch, plus it won't turn brown

I do the middle ground... I buy shredded hashbrowns, mix in some flour and eggs and bake or fry them.
