I accept only good condition and not more than 2 years old. Don't dump your used clothing if another yiddishe family can enjoy them!

Just a suggestion since I know this has been done before and then let go since the sorting, drop offs and sheer amount of clothing became too overwhelming.
Start keeping track of the people who drop off and pick up, the gender, age and size (and date since age & size changes as the kids grow BH), so you can eventually pair up matches. It is much more doable to transfer a full wardrobe from one person to the other, in one size only, specifically for season X, size Y.

And I’ll also throw in my two cents. Ask Harmony, a day program for people with special needs, to send you people to volunteer. They send someone down to train the person.

just bringing awareness to whoever would like to pass on their clothing.
Please note, this gemach is not purely for those who cannot afford it. The clothing can go for anyone who can use those sizes and would enjoy and appreciate it.
