I’ve known people who’ve done it. No weightloss and bloating as soon as they eat.

It’s really not useful unless you’re having a colonoscopy

I’ve done it once, not much happened. I mean, it’s literally like an enema that you could do yourself. As for the process, I had a lot of cramps.

So it's basically just a fad? The online reviews sound glowing enough lol.

Curious, why would it cause bloating afterwards when they eat? I would be interested to hear any theory you might have on that.

I did it in my 20s and did a pre cleanse using bentonite, which they sold just for the treatment. It helped with my mild diverticulosis and mild fatty liver issues. My skin was radiate throughout the treatment, so my mild acne cleared up.

It’s what people think is a silver bullet. There are no silver bullets.

Bloating because it’s caused by what you eat. I never bloat bc I don’t eat things that bloat me. I don’t need an enema for that
